Eileen Claman
President
Eileen founded ECI based on her passion for helping career facilitators and instructional designers to build satisfying careers within learning and development while maintaining flexibility, personal freedom, and variation. Over the past 20 years, ECI has grown and evolved based on thoroughness, responsiveness, and a relentless drive for excellence in what/how we deliver for our clients' training, assignment after training assignment.

Larry Butler
Operational Director
Larry has worked with ECI since 2004 and currently serves as our Operations Director, touching on all parts of ECI's business. Prior to ECI, he spent the previous 20 years in the chemical industry working in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality as an ISO9000 certified auditor, and Customer Problem Resolution and Satisfaction. A Marine Corps veteran, Larry is mission-driven, and people-oriented, and brings humor and a common sense approach to all he does.

Kirsten Waters
Administration Manager
Kirsten has worked supporting ECI for nearly 2 decades. She is primarily responsible for overseeing ECI's financials, such as billing, bookkeeping, accounting, contract review, etc. In addition to being instrumental in support of all back-office operations, she also spends time on client-facing engagements, while ensuring that ECI's contract training team is well supported and cared for. Kirsten had a long career in banking before coming to ECI, and her work is informed by a passion for always "getting it right".

Teresa Davenport
Instructional Design Manager
Teresa’s passion is to help others excel through learning and skill building. To this end, she has devoted herself to the teaching, design, and development of innovative learning solutions. She is a mentor and collaborator who brings integrity, authenticity and fun to all that she does. Teresa’s 30 years of instructional design experience supporting corporate clients, government, and academia have earned her accolades and awards from the likes of Brandon Halls and Best College Curriculum, as well as the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Douglas Gumm
Senior Program Manager
Douglas has been with ECI since 2009. Today he serves as a single point of contact for client leaders ensuring high levels of service provision and responsiveness to emergent issues. Doug is a results-focused, strategic collaborator who partners with business managers to understand client needs and deliver solutions..
Douglas spent 18 years as a successful learning manager for one of the largest retail banks in the US. He led both design and development and implementation of learning solutions for multiple job roles including mergers, new hire and ongoing professional development.

Marsha Alford
Senior Program Manager
Marsha has been passionate about learning for over two decades. Before coming to ECI, Marsha led several training teams with one of the largest banks in the US. With every leadership role, her goal was to deliver training that was performance-driven, impactful, and entertaining at the same time. Her perspective is to never lose sight of the person you are training - to ensure they are provided the tools that will enable them to be more confident and competent in their role. She has led training for new hire, continuing education, merger, and corporate initiatives.
